Requesting a consultation does not create an engagement. Design, installation, monitoring, or maintenance work is performed only under a separate written agreement, statement of work, or purchase order.

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, send spam or malware, scrape it beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, or misrepresent your identity.
Intellectual property
Unless noted, site text, design, and logos are owned by AB Solutions ITS, Inc. or used with permission. Client names and third-party trademarks belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

Total liability arising from the site will not exceed $100, except where New York law does not allow that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
